This serves to inform applicants who have been selected to join various first-Degree programmes at Mwenge Catholic University (MWECAU) for academic year 2020/2022. We congratulate you for being selected and we cordially welcome you to Mwenge Catholic University! All new undergraduate students shall start reporting to the University on 17 th October, 2022 for registration and Orientation

Please bring with you, your Original academic certificates, transcripts and other relevant documents including birth certificate and dully filled Medical examination form on the first day of reporting.You are expected to work hard and diligently in your studies in order to succeed.

Location
The Mwenge Catholic University is located 7 kms North of Moshi town along Sokoine road through KCMC to Mweka Wildlife College. The University is signposted to the left along Sokoine Road a little beyond KCMC Hospital at the signpost turn left and you should be able to see the University buildings about 1 kms down.

Payment of Fees and Registration
MWECAU will register students who have fully paid administrative fee and 1st semester tuition fee as shown in the fee Structure attached. All payments should be made through the invoices that shall be provided into your admission account and not otherwise.

Hostel Accommodation
Mwenge Catholic University will facilitate accommodation for both on and off campus students. Priority will be given to students with disabilities the rest is on first come first served. Students are requested not to pay for accommodation upon receipt of Admission letter. Payment shall be made only after you have been allocated a room.

Health/Medical Fitness
We attach herewith certificate of medical fitness that you have to present to a medical practitioner who will examine you and comment on your medical fitness as required. You will bring this form together with all other documents mentioned above.
